The First Post...

So this is the first post of my blog on all things to do with Independent Expeditions...travel tips, stories from expeditions, advice for those of you making up your mind whether to take that step as well as those of you that are packing your bags and getting ready to leave!

I currently work as the Programme Manager for the Independent Expeditions at World Challenge and work with all the students from their moment of sign-up to boarding the plane! This includes answering questions, organising the training, liaising with the Expedition Leaders, sending updates to all the students and their parents and working with our Product Team to make sure our expeditions are spot on! I have been on expedition to Iceland and Morocco, and have also travelled to India, China, the Middle East, New Zealand, Madagascar, East Africa and in much of Europe and North America. So hopefully I can offer some advice, but if anyone has any comments or tips to add...please do!
